基于WHO ICTRP的慢性阻塞性肺疾病远程医疗相关临床试验注册现状分析

Abstract  Objective：To analyze the registrations status quo of clinical researches related to telemedicine of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） based on World Health Organization international clinical trial registration platform（WHO ICTRP）.Methods：Clinical researches related to telemedicine of COPD were retrieved from WHO ICTRP.The retrieval period was from establishment of databases to December 31，2021.Two researchers independently screened literature and extracted data.Clinical researches selected were counted and analyzed.Results：A total of 139 items COPD clinical researches related to telemedicine were included.The number of registrations showed a general trend of growth over time.The United States（18 items），the United Kingdom（17 items），and China（10 items） were the main registration countries.Multicenter clinical researches（23 items） were fewer.The research type was mainly intervention researches（122 items），and 29 items（20.86%） used blind methods.Among the intervention researches，4 items（3.29%） reported randomized methods，and intervention measures could be summarized as remote monitoring（45 items，36.89%），remote education（40 items，32.79%），remote rehabilitation（21 items，17.21%），and remote treatment（16 items，13.11%）.Many types of clinical researches outcome indicators were included，and many scale were applicated.Conclusions：The number of COPD clinical researches related to telemedicine is generally on the rise，but registration information of some clinical researches is not standardized and the trial design is poor.In the future，it is necessary to strengthen standardization of clinical research registrations.
