Abstract  Objective：To construct nursing quality index system for interhospital transport of patients with cardiopulmonary failure undergoing extracorporeal membrane oxygenation（ECMO）.Methods：Based on the quality management framework of structure⁃process⁃result，the nursing quality index system for interhospital transport of patients with cardiopulmonary failure undergoing ECMO was constructed by using the methods of literature analysis，Delphi expert consultation，analytic hierarchy process and thermographic analysis.Results：A total of two rounds of expert consultation were conducted.The effective recovery rate of the questionnaire was 85.7% and 100.0%，respectively.The rate of putting forward opinions was 52.4% and 11.1%，respectively.The expert authority coefficient was both 0.89.The Kendall coordination coefficient were 0.201 and 0.223，respectively.The final nursing quality index system for interhospital transport of patients with cardiopulmonary failure undergoing ECMO included 3 first⁃level indexes，11 second⁃level indexes and 32 third-level indexes.Conclusions：The nursing quality index system for interhospital transport of patients with cardiopulmonary failure undergoing ECMO constructed in this study is scientific and reliable，and can provide conditions for continuous improvement of nursing quality index system for interhospital transport of patients with cardiopulmonary failure undergoing ECMO.
