卵巢癌术后化疗病人社会疏离现状及影响因素研究

Abstract  Objective:To understand status quo of social alienation in ovarian cancer patients accepting postoperative chemotherapy and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:194 ovarian cancer patients accepting postoperative chemotherapy in gynecology department of a tertiary grade A hospital in Shanxi province were selected as research subjects by convenience sampling method.The patients were surveyed using a general information questionnaire,Type D Personality Scale⁃14(DS14),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),and General Alienation Scale(GAS).Results:GAS total score of ovarian cancer patients accepting postoperative chemotherapy was 35.00 (31.00, 40.00),and DS14 total score was 21.12±8.53.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that DS14 total score,marital status,age,and disease stage were the main influencing factors of social alienation in ovarian cancer patients accepting postoperative chemotherapy(all P<0.05).Conclusions:The social alienation in ovarian cancer patients accepting postoperative chemotherapy is at moderate to high level.Medical staff should focus on ovarian cancer patients accepting postoperative chemotherapy who with D⁃type personality,age>60 years old,divorced or widowed,and later disease stages.They should develop personalized intervention strategies to reduce social alienation in patients.
