卵巢癌术后化疗病人社会疏离现状及影响因素研究

Abstract  Objective：To understand status quo of social alienation in ovarian cancer patients accepting postoperative chemotherapy and analyze its influencing factors.Methods：194 ovarian cancer patients accepting postoperative chemotherapy in gynecology department of a tertiary grade A hospital in Shanxi province were selected as research subjects by convenience sampling method.The patients were surveyed using a general information questionnaire，Type D Personality Scale⁃14（DS14），Perceived Social Support Scale（PSSS），and General Alienation Scale（GAS）.Results：GAS total score of ovarian cancer patients accepting postoperative chemotherapy was 35.00 （31.00， 40.00），and DS14 total score was 21.12±8.53.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that DS14 total score，marital status，age，and disease stage were the main influencing factors of social alienation in ovarian cancer patients accepting postoperative chemotherapy（all P<0.05）.Conclusions：The social alienation in ovarian cancer patients accepting postoperative chemotherapy is at moderate to high level.Medical staff should focus on ovarian cancer patients accepting postoperative chemotherapy who with D⁃type personality，age>60 years old，divorced or widowed，and later disease stages.They should develop personalized intervention strategies to reduce social alienation in patients.
