临床护士针刺伤风险评估指标体系的构建

Abstract  Objective：To construct the risk assessment index system of needle⁃stick injury in clinical nurses，and to provide basis and references for clinical nurses in our country to evaluate the risk of needle stick injuries.Methods：Based on the theoretical model of human factors analysis and classification system（HFACS），the risk assessment index system of needle⁃stick injury in clinical nurses and the weight of each index were determined through literature research，Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process.Results：There were two rounds of expert consultation.The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of expert correspondence questionnaire were 100.0% and 94.7%，respectively.The two rounds of expert authority coefficients were 0.937 and 0.936.The coordination coefficient of expert opinion were 0.216 and 0.256，respectively.The risk assessment index system of needle⁃stick injury in clinical nurses was final constructed，which included 4 first level indicators，12 second level indicators and 54 third level indicators.Conclusion：The constructed risk assessment index system of needle⁃stick injury in clinical nurses was scientific and reliable，which could be used to evaluate the risk of needle injury for clinical nurses，and provide theoretical and practical basis for the continuous optimization and improvement of occupational protection management practice in medical institutions.
