颅脑肿瘤病人二元应对现状及其影响因素

Abstract  Objective：To explore the dyadic coping level of patients with craniocerebral tumor，and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods：A total of 200 patients with craniocerebral tumor who were hospitalized in the Neurosurgery Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from July 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the subjects by convenience sampling method.The self⁃made general information questionnaire，the Dyadic Coping Inventory（DCI） and the Acceptance of Illness Scale（AIS） were used to conduct the questionnaire survey.Results：The total DCI score of patients with craniocerebral tumor was 123.58±10.10 points，and the average score of all items was 3.53±0.29 points.The total AIS score was 23.24±2.50 points，and the average score of all items was 2.91±0.31 points.There was positively correlated with the total score of DCI and the total score of AIS（r=0.612，P<0.001）.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the educational level of patients，per capita monthly income of family，marital age，tumor pathological grade and disease acceptance were the main influencing factors for the dual coping level of patients with craniocerebral tumor（P<0.05）.Conclusions：The binary response of patients with craniocerebral tumor was at a medium level.Nursing staff should make intervention measures to improve the quality of life of patients from the influencing factors of the dual coping level of patients with craniocerebral tumor.
