精神卫生专科护士与护理硕士专业学位研究生衔接培养方案的初步构建

Abstract  Objective：To establish the bridging training program for mental health nurses and master of nursing specialist.Methods：The entry pool of the bridging training program for mental health nurses and master of nursing specialist was formed by literature review and semi⁃structured interview.Delphi method was used for expert correspondence consultation，and the bridging training program for mental health nurses and master of nursing specialist was finally determined.Results：There were three rounds of expert consultation.The expert positivity coefficient of three rounds of expert letter questionnaires were 92.31%，96.15% and 100.00%.The expert authority coefficients were 0.879.And Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.251，0.234 and 0.268，respectively.The revised program based on the expert letter consultation included education，evaluation，certification and registration.The education section included 3 first⁃level indicators，18 second⁃level indicators and 110 third⁃level indicators.The review includes 2 first⁃level indicators， 4 second⁃level indicators and 8 third⁃level indicators.The certification part includes 2 first⁃level indicators， 6 second⁃level indicators and 15 third⁃level indicators.The registration section includes 2 first⁃level indicators，6 second⁃level indicators and 24 third⁃level indicators.Conclusions：The established bridging training program for mental health nurses and master of nursing specialist was scientific and reliable，which could provide reference for the standardized and professional training of mental health nursing professionals.
