儿科护理硕士专业学位研究生临床师资准入标准及核心能力评价体系的构建

Abstract Objective:To construct evaluation system of admission criteria and core competence for clinical teachers in pediatric master of nursing specialist.Methods:Through literature retrieval,semi⁃structured interview and research group discussion, the admission standards and the first draft of the core competence evaluation system for pediatric nursing postgraduate clinical teachers were formulated.The Delphi method was used to complete the selection and modification of indicators.And the weight of each index was determined by the analytic hierarchy process.Results:There were two rounds of expert consultation.The expert positivity coefficient of 2 rounds of expert letter questionnaires were 100.00% and 94.44%.The expert authority coefficients were 0.89 and 0.90.And Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.233 and 0.281,respectively(P<0.001).The finalized admission criteria included 5 indicators(the academic qualifications,professional titles,clinical experience,teaching experience,paper published).The core competence evaluation system included 5 first⁃level indicators(clinical professional ability,clinical teaching ability,personality cultivation,nursing scientific research ability,clinical management ability),15 second⁃level indicators and 64 third⁃level indicators.Conclusions:The constructed evaluation system of admission criteria and core competence for clinical teachers in pediatric master of nursing specialist was scientific and reliable,which could provide basis for the selection,training,assessment and evaluation of clinical teachers in pediatric master of nursing specialist.
