Abstract  Objective：To construct the training program for cardiac rehabilitation specialist nurse，so as to provide reference basis for the training of cardiac rehabilitation specialist nurses in China.Methods：Through literature review and semi-structured interview，the draft of the training program for cardiac rehabilitation specialist nurses was determined.The Delphi method was used to demonstrate the training program of cardiac rehabilitation specialist nurses.And the items at all levels were screened and assigned in combination with the index inclusion criteria and expert opinions.The precedence chart method was used to determine the weight value of each index.Results：There were two rounds of expert consultation.The expert positivity coefficient of 2 rounds of expert letter questionnaires were all 100%.The expert authority coefficients were 0.914，0.929，respectively.The final training program for cardiac rehabilitation specialist nurse included training access conditions，training objectives，training contents，training methods and evaluation methods.Conclusions：The constructed training program for cardiac rehabilitation specialist nurse was scientific and reliable，which could provide reference for the training of cardiac rehabilitation nurses.
