Abstract:In this study,the genetic variations of stem strength-related traits in1O6 forage oat(Avena sativa L.) germplasm accessions were analyzed,and the value of stem strength in breeding lodging resistance forage oats was comprehensively evaluated. The results showed that the stem strength-related traits of the tested germplasm materials were allinaccordance with the normaldistribution law,witha genetic diversity index of1.26-1.88and a coefficient of variation of 17.07%-40.59% . Plant height and center of gravity height were significantly negatively correlated with puncture strength and compressive strength of the second internode at the base ( ⋅P<0.01⟩ 。(剩余14300字)
