Abstract:In this study,we investigated the efects arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)fungus on Vicia satia‘Lanjian No. 3’ growth disease resistance under four phosphorus levels ⋅P0=0 , P1=10mg⋅kg-1 , P2=20mg⋅kg-1 P3=30mg-kg-1, in the greenhouse. The results showed that Plevel aected the infection rate AM fungi the incidence V .satiua anthracnose, the AM fungal infection rate was the highest at P3 level.AM fungus was able to inhibit disease caused by anthracnose. The activity plant defense enzyme superoxide dismutase(Superoxide dismutase,SOD) peroxidase(Peroxidase,POD) decreased at ΔP treatments;Disease P supply had an interactive effect on fungal colonization AM,promoted at lower P ( P0 , P1) levels inhibitedat higher P( P2 , P3 ) levels. In conclusion,this study demonstrated the synergistic effect AM fungi P in response to anthracnose,which provided a theoretical basis for using P AM fungi to manage anthracnose in common vetch production.
