Abstract:In response to challenges such as decentralized local control of traditional fracturing operation units,over-reliance on manual experience and team coordination in workflow command,and the inadequacy of existing instrumentation equipment,spatialfacilities,and controlsoftware to meethecentralized command and collaborative monitoring demands of future large -scale fracturing fleet operations,an integrated fracturing command cabin equipped with an intelligent fracturing control system was developed.This system adopted a double-sided retractable skid -mounted structure design and incorporated key technological features, including electric rapid expansion deployment, large -space multi -scenario integration, multi - terminal interactive topological network architecture,multi -energy complementary power supply collaborative management,intelligentunmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) inspectionforfracturing wellsites,and one-click intelligent fracturing control.It deliveredasmart,efficient,comfortable,and user-friendly multifunctional interactive operation experience.Field platform validations demonstrated that the product boasts arational layout, comfortable environment,stable control,and comprehensive monitoring, with all technical metrics meeting design requirements. The operating space increased by 100% , effectively enhancing fracturing operation efficiency,reducing labor costs,and exhibiting significant economic benefits and promising application prospects.
