Abstract:After the general steam injection development of offshore oilfields undergoes multiple rounds of huff and puff, problems such as significant differences in the utilization rate of oil due to uneven inter-layer steamabsorption,and even steam channeling, gradualyarise,which restrict the development efectof thermal recovery. By taking into account the requirements of the thermal recovery well's layered and segmented processand the underground high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, the research on the process pipe stringand supporting tools was carredout. Key technologies such as high-temperature-resistant setting/ sealing materials and constant-flow injection were overcome.A layered and segmented steam injection process suitable for ofshore horizontal wells and highly deviated directional wells was formed.The overall pipe string could withstand a temperature of 350∘C and a pressure of 21 MPa. It had reliable performance and good sealing performance and could achieve the function of layered and segmented steam injection in 2~3 layers/segments.The segmented steam injection effct implemented in Well X1 of the Bohai Oilfield preliminarily verified the reliability ofthetools.During the steam injection stage,the steam absorption profile was relatively uniform, effectively improving the steam injection quality and production effect.
