Abstract:At present, the driling fluid circulation processing system mainly faces problems such as high energy consumption,low efficiency,complex system,short service life of vulnerable parts,low solid-liquid separation accuracy,and high solid phase water content after separation.In addition,manual addition of drilling fluid treatment agents and manual measurement of drilling fluid parameters feature high labor intensity,low degree of automation,and great harm to human health.An automated circulation processing system for the full processof drilling fluid was proposed, mainly consisting of a vibration separation module, centrifugal separation module,online monitoring device for drilling fluid,automatic addition and storage module for treatment agents,and driling pump module. It integrated efficient solid -liquid separation, circulation purification,automatic addition of treatment agents,automatic adjustment of performance parameters, and drilling cuttings processing while drilling, achieving automatic separation, measurement, control,quantitative addition,andcirculationofdrillingfluid throughout the entire wellsectionand process.It possessed high safety,environmental protection, health,automation,and intelligence performance and had broad prospects for promotion and application.
