低碳智能采油气井场边缘一体机研制及应用

Abstract:In response to the problems such as the lack ofon-site autonomy and data caching mechanisms in the“cloud-end"oil and gas production Internetof Things (loT)and the poorreal-time response and handling capabilities,anedge all-in-one machineforoiland gas well sites was developed,which enables rapid response and low-carbon smart regulation of oil and gas wellsite production.A“cloud-edge-end"architecture anda “hardware -software-security” collaborative system for edge intelligence in oil and gas well sites were established,ensuring thereliable,efcient,andsafeapplicationof edge all-in-one machine inharsh wellsite environments.The system has developed and deployed functions such as data preprocessing,data analysis, liquid production measurement, operation condition diagnosis,and production warning. The source gridload -storage operation scheduling optimization,peak shaving well -switching, inter -well pumping optimization,flexiblepumping optimization,PACcontrol,andotherbusinesses,along withAIalgorithms,have enabled localized closed-loop processing and decision-making execution at the oil and gas well sites. Field application results show that deploying an edge all-in-one machine at oil and gas wel sites can enable rapid response and handling of on-site production issues.The fault alarm time is less than 2 seconds,and the execution time of control instructions is within 5 seconds.This significantly improves the low-carbon and intelligent level of the oil and gas production site.
