175MPa压裂车泵阀箱技术改造及应用

Abstract:To mee the demand 175 MPa fracturing truck pump valve boxes in China's 10,0O-meter deep wels during acid fracturing operations,a systematic modification was permed based on the BaoJi Oilfield Machinery 's25Oo fracturing truck.Thisinvolved topology optimization of the flow channel morphology,adoption ofa novel 434OM alloy to enhance material strengthand toughness,and implementation of a step -sealing assembly utilizing polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) composite materials with a dynamic compensation structure. The modified pump valve box successfully completed over fracturing operations of over30 layers in five wels,sustaining a maximum operating pressure exceeding 15O MPa. Itachieved the test pressure of 262.5 MPa with no visible leakage.The results demonstrate that the modified pump valve box meets the permance requirements 175 MPa fracturing operations. The successul modification and on-site verification of the 175 MPa pump valve box have provided a technical path enhancing the reliability of ultra-high pressure fracturing equipment,offering technical support acid fracturing operations in 10.000- meterdeep wells,and promoting the sustainable development of ultra-high pressure fracturing equipment.
