加长钻杆与常规钻机适配性研究与应用

Abstract: Given the impact of the extended drill pipe's size and structural uniqueness on the operation of the drillstring,a study was conducted to investigate thecompatibilitybetween the extended drillpipe and related components of the conventional drilling rig,aiming to ensure the safety of drilling rig operations. By taking a 7OOO m drilling rig as an example,the compatibility methods between the extended drill pipe and the pipe string handling systems of the conventional drilling rig, including the power catwalk,racking platform,and pipe discharge devices.A specific compatibility scheme between the extended drill pipe and thedrillng rig components was provided.The drilling application of several wells on site shows that the extended drillpipe has been successfully applied to the drilling operation of the 7OOO m drilling rig, and the operation of the pipe string is safe and reliable.The adaptability scheme was verified.Compared to adjacent wells using conventional drill pipes,the average efficiency ofdrilling with extended drill pipes is improved,while the cost of a single well is reduced.

相对于常规钻杆而言,加长钻杆立柱管体加长、接箍减少,用于深井、超深井钻井可以减少钻杆接卸扣时间、提高钻井效率,并降低钻具生产、使用及维护成本。(剩余6306字)
