储气库曲率段油管裂纹应力强度因子分析

Abstract: To reduce the accident risk of crack initiation on the curvature sections of the tubing in the gas storage reservoir under multiple loads,the stress intensity factor of semi-eliptical cracks on the outer surface of the tubing with curvature section was analyzed.A finite element model of tubing with curvature section containing external surface cracks was established.The model was subjected to tensile,bending moment,and internal pressure loads,respectively,and its effectiveness was verified by comparing them with analytical solutions.On this basis,the effect of the build-up rate of the curvature section,the shape parameters of the crack,and the crack angle on the stress intensity factor of the tubing was studied.The critical size for crack instability was determined.Research shows thatasthe build-up rate of the curvature section increases,the stress atthe curvature section becomes more concentrated,and the stress intensity factor increases.As the crack shape parameter increases,the crack size decreases,and the stress intensity factor decreases.The crack angle increases; the stress field becomes more uneven,and the stress intensity factor increases.Meanwhile,the critical size of crack instability increases as the build-up rate of the curvature section decreases.The critical crack size of the curvature section calculated in this article provides theoretical guidance for ensuring the safe operation of gas storage reservoirs.
