Abstract: Equipment integrity management is a crucial initiative to ensure safe equipment operation and enhance asset value,an intelligent platform-based equipment integrity management model that covers the full lifecycle of equipment and focuses on collaborative optimization of management,technical,and economic integrity.By establishing a three-level intelligent integrated equipment information platform, integrating core functional modules such as fault warning,health assessment,and maintenance scheduling, real-time equipment status monitoring,intelligent fault diagnosis,and preventive maintenance decisionmaking were achieved.By leveraging deep learning and knowledge graph technologies,a multi-source heterogeneous data -driven maintenance model for drilling equipment was developed,significantly improving fault diagnosis accuracy and operational efficiency (with a 20% reduction in failure rate and a downtime rate below 0.4% ). Through four standardization principles,namely "field standardization, digitalized wellsite,automated equipment,and specialized technology",an equipment integrity demonstration site was established,achieving 50% process simplification in equipment management and (20 20% efficiency improvement in paperless reporting.The research demonstrates that this model provides a replicable intelligent management paradigm for oilfield technical service enterprises and offers theoretical support and practical references for equipment integrity management transformation.
