化学驱定转子及内件耦合分散工艺试验

Abstract:The existing continuous injection alocation equipment with dissolution tank,grinding machine,and maturation tank as the core has a longer maturation time,a larger footprint,and high operatingweight,anditisdiffcult to be promoted and applied large scallyonold platforms inwhich the space and load-bearing resources are limited.A new kind of stator-rotor and internal coupling and dispersion process for chemical flooding was developed through the research on water-powder mixing dispersion process,the development of core dispersion equipment, and the comparison test of performance with the establishment of experimental procedures.The test research results show that the new process has bettr effect of water-powder mixing and dispersion for polymer,and the viscosity value of the polymer solution is increased by 120.85% ; the time for the polymer solution to reach basic maturity is shorter,with a reduction of 33.3% ;the process flow is simpler and more suitable for old platforms with limited space and load-bearing resources or for applications for enhanced oil recovery technology by large-scale chemical flooding.
