Abstract：The theoretical and practical explorations into procuratorial organs’promotion of substantive resolution of administrative disputes reveal the significant position of administrative procuratorate in the diversified resolution mechanism of administrative disputes. Based on the investigation of local legislation on multi-dimensional resolution of contradictions and disputes，and in light of the existing administrative remedy system，the role of procuratorial organs in multi-stakeholder collboration can be defined as that of a "supervisor" and "facilitator". This dual orientation aligns with the diverse modes of engagement by prosecutorial organs，and together they embody the operational mechanism of prosecutorial involvement in the resolution of administrative disputes.To enhance the efectiveness of procuratorial organs‘ participation in the multi-dimensional resolution of administrative disputes，it is necessry to rationally apply various means of procuratorial participation， promote the integrated performance of administrative procuratorial functions，and strengthen the linkage between procuratorial organs and other subjects involved in resolving administrative disputes.
