论新中国成立前后中国共产党接管杭州金融业的实践及经验

Abstract： Around the founding of the People's Republic of China，the Communist Party of China （CPC）deployed and cared out financial work in liberated areas including Hangzhou. To comprehensively summarize the practical experience of financial takeover in newly liberated areas，and to promote the transformation from a new democratic society to a socialist society， the CPC actively made work arangements and preparations under the guidance of the theory of socialist takeover and nationalization of banks；under the chairmanship of the People's Bank of China （PBC），it orderly carried out the reception transformation of oficial and private financial industries，promoted the restoration of financial busineses， and faciliated the development of various industries in Hangzhou，achieving remarkable results. Historical experience can be summarized from the practice of financial takeover in Hangzhou： always adhering to the Party's centralized and unified leadership over financial work is the fundamental guarantee for the successful completion of the financial takeover in Hangzhou；always adhering to the principle of serving the people in finance is the value pursuit; always adhering to the the working method of seeking truth from facts；always adhering to the basic goal of financial services for production; always emphasizing the unity and cultivation of the cadre team is an important guarantee； always emphasizing the promotion of the CPC′s fine traditions is an inexhaustible driving force. This is great significance for the CPC to deeply explore and summarize the laws of financial development around the founding of the People's Republic of China，and to facilitate the high-quality development of socialist economy with Chinese characteristics.
