On the value of the Red Medical Spirit in ideological and political education in medical schools and its realization paths

Abstract：TheRed Medical Spirit isa precious spiritual treasure forgedbytheCommunistPartyof China through the medicaland health practicesof the militaryand civilian population during therevolutionarywarera.Itscorequalities— political firmness，selfless dedication，excelent technical skills，savinglivesand treatingthe injured，hard work，and courageous innovation—embodyrich ideologicalandpoliticaleducational value.Inthenew era，medicalscholsbearthe importantmissonofcultivating morallyand professionallycompetent medical talentforthe Partyand the nation.However， somemedicalstudents curentlyface practicalissessuch as weakened idealsandbeliefs，diminished professionalidentity， lackof humanistic spirit，and insuficient innovative awareness.Therefore，medical schoolsshould fullytap into he ideologicalandpoliticaleducationresourcesoftheRedMedicalSpirit，integratingitintotheirideologicalandpolitical educationsystems throughpractcalpathwaysschasclaroomcollboration，uiculumntegation，anddigitalintelignce empowerment.In terms of value reformation，medical scholsshould guide medical students to establish acorrect professionaloutlookandresolvethecrisisofprofesional identity；intermsofethicalreconstruction，strengthen medical ethics education andaddress the issue of "separation of moralityand skill；in terms of subject motivation， stimulate proactive exploration and enhance independent innovation awareness．Through these measures，astrong educationalatmosphereofRedMedicalSpiritcanbecutivated，injectingrobustmomentumintothehighqualitycultivation of medical talent in the new era.
