Abstract：During the Soviet Area period，in order to improve the combat effctivenessof theRed Army，promote the healthydevelopmentofmedicaland healthundertakings，andstrengthentheeducationand transformationofforeign medical personnel，theCommunistPartyof Chinaatached great importancetotheideologicalandpolitical workof medical personnel.TheCommunistPartyof Chinahas builtapoliticall firmand technologicallycompetent medicaland health tambystrengthening political theoryeducation，carrying out educationalandpracticalactivities toservethe militaryandcivilians，strictlyenforcingdisciplineinmedicalworkwithhonestyandintegrity，andimplementing policies ofunity，education，andtransformation.Inthenew eraandonanewjourney，tocontinuedoing wellintheideological andpolitical workofmedicalpersonnel，weneedtodrawonthevaluableexperienceof the SovietArea period，adhere to theoveralleadershipof theParty，combineideologicalisueswithpractical issues，and promoteinnovationin work methods and approaches.
