Abstract：applicationsingle-ortlaparoscopic techniqueandICGfluorescenceimaging in minimallinvasivesurgery has made remarkable progress，especiallinbiliaryandabdominal surgery，demonstrating goodsafetyand eficacy.Since itsfirstapplicationin1992andafteryearsdevelopment，single-portlaparoscopic technologyhasbeen widelyused ina variety complex surgeries，including cholecystectomy，appendectomy，colorectal surgery，etc.Withthecontinuous improvement surgical instrumentsandoptimization techniques，thefeasibilityandsafety single-portlaparoscopic surgeryhave beencontinuouslyimproved，especially incases suchasacute cholecystitis，andtheapplicationhasreceived validation.Atthesame time，the introduction ICG fluorescenceimaging technologyprovides strong support forbiliary tractvisualization，enabling cleardelineation biliaryanatomy，real-time assessment galbladder inflammationand potentialmalignantlesions，therebysignificantlyreducing therisk bileduct injury.Inrecentyears，thecombined application single-port laparoscopyand ICG fluorescence technology hasbecome anew trend in minimally invasive surgery.Bycombiningartificialintellgence technology，flexibleinstrumentsand improved imagingsystems，theprecision andsafety thesurgical processhasbeen significantly enhanced.Thisarticlesummarizes thedevelopmentand clinical applicationstatus single-port laparoscopy technologyand ICG fluorescence imaging technology，aiming toprovidean important reference for innovation and practice in the field minimally invasive surgery.
