Application and prospect of environmental regulation technology in rehabilitationmedicinefrom theperspectiveofICF

Abstract:Withtheongoingshiftofmedicalmodelstowardthebiopsychosocialapproach,theroleofenvironmentalfactors inrehabilitation has become increasinglyprominent.Basedonthe world healthorganization'sinternational classification offunctioning,disabilityand health(ICF)framework,this paper systematicallyreviewstheapplicationanddevelopment prospectsofenvironmentalregulation technology inrehabilitation medicine.Byintegrating inteligentsensing,automated control,andnovelmaterials,environmentalregulation technologyenablesprecisemodulationofenvironmentalelements suchassound,light,temperature,umiditydor,andspatiallayout.Cinicalyitasemonstratedsgnificantoetial in neurological rehabilitation,orthopedicrehabilitation,and disordersof consciousnessawakening.Keyapplications includerhythmicauditory stimulation for improving gait in Parkinson's disease,multisensory stimulation protocols to facilitaterecoveryofconsciousness,andthedesignofsafephysicalenvironmentsforfallprevention.Althoughcurrent challnges includethelackof technicalstandards,insuicientassessmenttools,ndhighcosts,dvancingenvirotal regulationtechnologytowardinteligent,personalized,andcommuitybasedsolutionsisexpectedtoancetheprecsion, human-centeredness,andaccesibilityof rehabilitation services,therebyguiding rehabilitationmedicine intoanew developmental phase.
