The Red Medical Spirit in empowering the internal logic， value connotation and practical approach of new medical talent training

Abstract:Astheesenceof the valueofred health culture,theRed Medical Spirit isakeycomponentof thespiritual genealogyoftheCommunistPartyofChina.Integrating theRedMedicalSpiritinto thenew medicaltalenttrainingsystem will notonlyhelpmedicalstudentsimprovetheirpracticalinnovationability，cultivateproperprofesionalethicsandfirm politicalbeliefs，butalsohelp inheritredmedical genesandstrengthenculturalself-confidence.This papersystematically explainstheinternalrelationshipbetweentheRedMedical Spiritandthetrainingofnewmedicaltalentsfromthreelevels: internallogic，valueconnotationand practical appoach，clarifies itscore value inmedicaleducation inthenew era，and proposesathree-dimensionalintegratedimplementationframework withenvironmentalinfiltration,curiculumconstruction and technologydisseminationasthecore，soas to integratetheRedMedical Spirit into modern medical educationand cultivate new medical talents that meet the requirements of the people.

红医精神作为中国红色卫生文化的价值内核，诞生于革命年代的烽火淬炼之中，在此期间红色医生群体通过革命实践凝练出以“政治坚定、技术优良、无私奉献、救死扶伤”为核心的精神体系，该体系不仅是对伟大建党精神内涵的具象化诠释，更在医学人文维度上，树立了“以人民为中心"的医德典范，成为新时代医学教育创新发展的宝贵精神财富。（剩余9414字）
