Abstract:Intracranial aneurysms(IAs)are common yet potentially fatal cerebrovascular lesions,whose rupture canleadto subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH)with highmortalityand disabilityrates.Currently,conventional methods forpredictingIAinstabilityrelyonnaturalhistory,morphologicalfeatures,hemodynamics,andbiomarkers,butthese approaches exhibit limitations inpredictiveperformance.Inrecent years,artificial intellgence(AI),particularly dep learning techniques,has demonstrated significant potential inthe detection and stabilityprediction IAs.This article provides acomprehensivereview AI applications inIArupture risk assessment,while discussing current challenges and future research directions.
