Abstract: Objective To analyze the influencing factors for poor incision healing after deep brain stimulation(DBS) in patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD) and to construct a nomogram for facilitating theclinical screening of high-risk individuals.MethodsA total of 575 PD patients who underwent DBS surgery in the Department of Neurosurgery,Tangdu Hospital,Air Force Medical University from January1st,2018 to December 31st,2O22 were included.Patients were followed for 6 months postoperatively and divided into two groups based on incision healing outcomes, the good healing group( n=535 ) and the poor healing group( n=40 ). The clinical data were retrospectively compared between the two groups.Multivariate Logistic regresson was used to identify factors influencing poor incision healing. A nomogram model was constructed based on these factors. The discriminativeability, calibration, and clinical utilityofthe model were evaluated using the receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve, calibration curve, and decision curve analysis(DCA) curve. ResultsAmong the 575 patients,4O cases developed poor incision healing, with an incidence of 7.0% .Multivariate analysis showed that gender, intraoperative blood loss, diabetes, depression score, and preoperative albumin were independent influencing factors,The area under the curve (AUC) for the nomogram was 0.920( 95%CI=0.881--0.960 ).ConclusionsThe risk of poor incision healing after DBS surgery in PD patients can be effectively predicted using factors including gender, intraoperative blood loss, diabetes, depression score, and preoperative albumin. The nomogram serves as a valuable tool for early identification of high-risk patients and guidance of clinical intervention.
