Abstract:【Objective】This studyaims to vestigate theresidual eficacy duration various trunk-jected agents on masson pe(Pus massoniana).Assess transport distribution,residue dynamics, control effectsonpe wilt disease.Evaluate 5% (mass fraction)emamect benzoate soluble liquid, 5% abamect emulsion, 1% emamect benzoate- 9% imidacloprid soluble liquid agents.【Method】Sampled at diffrent parts the pe tree layers.Analyzed residuedynamics the treeusg liquid chromatography-massspectrometry(LC-MS). Quantitativelyanalyzed the translocation,distribution,residue dynamicsthechemical withpetrees.Folowg trunk jection,oculate the pesdesignasecondary oculationtosimulate contuousnematode festation;contuouslymonitor record diseasedevelopmenttoevaluatethechemical’slong-termprotectiveeficacy.【Result】Threetrunk-jectedagents efctivelyreached variousparts Pusmasoniana,with thema trunk showg thehighestresidue levels branches less so.Residuesgenerallylastedabout three years,peakg the first year,thendeclg.The 5% emamect benzoate had the best transport residue,matag a 24.609mg/kg residue level after three years, remaed at a 37.50% control efficacy after a second oculation.Abamect showed rapid degradation,with no residue detected top branchesafter three years, only 12.50% efficacy after a second oculation.The 1% emamect benzoate- 9% imidacloprid had lower nematode control,resultg the earliest onset.Higher doses effectively creased residue levels,with 60 mL 5% emamect benzoate reachg 33.900mg/kg after one year,much higher than 30mL5% (204 emamect benzoate’s2.405mg/kg.Injection methods hadlitleefectonresiduedistributionat12a.【Conclusion】 Threetrunk-jectedagentscanbetransportedtoallparts thetreeafterjection.Compared with theother two, 5% emamect benzoatehas higher transporteficiencyresidualamount,makg itthepreferredagentlong-term preventioncontrol pewiltdisease.Allthreeagentscaneffectively prevent pe wilt disease arelativelylong timeafter jection.Theresidualamountcontrol efectarestillsignificantoneortwoyearsafterjection,butthe control effect decreases significantly three years after jection.
