Role Transformation Path of Libraries in Ethnic Minority Regions for Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection： A Case Study of Jingning She Autonomous County Library

AbstractThis paper takes the Jingning SheAutonomous CountyLibraryas theresearchobjectand，basedonthe SWOT analysis framework，systematically examines its internal strengthsand weaknesses as wellas external opportunities and threatsintheprotection of intangible cultural heritage.It explores how libraries inethnic minorityregions can adress chalenges，，leverageadvantages，andachieveroletransformationinintangiblecultural heritageprotection—from "literature preservers”to“resource integrators”，from“staticexhibitors”to“dynamic inheritanceinitiators”，from“neway service providers”to“intangible heritageresourceconnectors”，andfrom“literature transmiters”to“constructorsof culturalmemory.Such transformationsactivate the intrinsic vitalityofintangiblecultural heritage，enhancingitscultural visibility，inheritance resilience，and sustainable development capacity.
