Copyright Risks and Risk Mitigation of Al-Generated Content in Library Makerspaces

Abstract With the introductionof generativeAItols intolibrarymakerspaces，copyrightissues related toAI-generated content haveatracted growing atention.Thispaper analyzes the distinctive characteristicsofcopyrightinAI-generated content within makerspaces andexplores the asociated risks，including difficulties in determining the subject of authorship，unclear boundaries ofcopyright infringement，ambiguous limits offair use，and compliance risks related to personal informationand data.Inresponse to these chalenges，the paper proposes targeted strategies forrisk mitigation， providing practical guidance for libraries to manage copyright in AI-enabled makerspaces.
