【摘  要】建筑工程造价管理关系着企业的盈利水平，影响着企业的市场竞争力。论文介绍了BIM的含义和BIM在土木工程造价管理中的作用。随后，从工程项目的决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段及竣工阶段5个阶段较为详细地阐述了BIM技术在造价管理中的应用。

【Abstract】Construction cost management is related to the profitability of enterprises and affects the market competitiveness of enterprise. This paper introduces the meaning of BIM and the role of BIM in civil engineering cost management. Then， from the five stages of decision-making stage， design stage， bidding stage， construction stage and completion stage， the application of BIM technology in cost management is elaborated in detail.

1 BIM含义及其在土木工程造价管理中的作用
