基层党组织建设模式创新与实践应用

——以潞洲区L企业为例

【摘  要】基层党组织是联系人民群众的桥梁与纽带，必须要高度重视并以坚定的政治性、鲜明的导向性不断加强建设。论文以长治市潞洲区L企业为调研对象，分析该企业党组织建设的现状及原因、方法和措施、效果与启示。

【Abstract】The grass-roots Party organization is the bridge and the link that contacts the people's masses， we must attach great importance to it and strengthen its construction with firm political nature and distinctive orientation. Taking enterprise L in Luzhou District， Changzhi City， as the research object， this paper analyzes the status， causes， methods and measures， effects and inspirations of Party organization building in this enterprise.
