房建工程造价的全过程成本控制探讨

【摘  要】论文首先介绍了全过程成本控制的重要性，分析了当前房建工程造价全过程成本控制现状及存在问题，并结合相关实践经验，分别从投资决策阶段、设计阶段以及招投标阶段等多个角度，提出了造价全过程成本控制的有效实施策略，并阐述了笔者对此的几点浅见。

【Abstract】This paper firstly introduces the importance of the whole process cost control， analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the whole process cost control of housing construction project cost. Combined with the relevant practical experience， the paper puts forward the effective implementation strategy of the whole process cost control from the investment decision-making stage， design stage and bidding stage， and expounds some personal opinions.

1 引言
