Extraction of Roselle Anthocyanin and Its Application in Colored Cigarette Paper

Abstract：TheasiblityfaplgnatalanthocyainfrooselltigareeapeaseplodTeosellanthoyainetactd andappliedinodcigeeprdoaticompontsofoselltocynodcigeteperealdyyoly sis.Thecolordiferenestabilityofcigareepperasevaluatedundersiulatedstorageconditos.Inditionftertecigareaper wasroledintogareteproduct，eomparativeevaluatioserecoductedotesnsoryualityndhicalomponntsinigarette smoke.Theresultsindicatedtatthedvelopedoselleanthocyaincigareepaperhadtheighercontentofneutralfragranceopot furfurylalcohol，ndteolordiferenceofteosellnthocyanincigaretepaperwaselativelystablefter15daysofstorage（ ΔE =0～1.6）. Additionall，theapplicationoftecoloedcgaretepaperadnosigificantefetonthcontentsofhemicalcomponetsinigarete smoke，andthecigaretesampleswithaddedrosellanthocyaninadsensorycharacterisicssuchasehancedaroma，morecoforable， less off-flavor and a clean aftertaste.
