Preparation and Performanceof the Carbonized and Non-combustible Coated Paper Containing Kaolin at High Temperature

Abstract:In this study,the soluble starch and sodium carboxymethylcelllose with the mass ratio of 96:4 was used as adhesives,and the kaolin wasactedaspigments.Thecoatingmaterialswerepreparedandthenusedforsurfacecoatingofpaper.Whenthemassfractionofaolin and adhesive was 83:17 ,the solid content of coating was 35% ,and the coating weight was 7.5g/m2 ,the coated paper was rapidly carbonized after the heating device with 550C passed through the paper. The carbonization ring was not spreading,and the average diameter was5.8mm.Atesaecondition,euncoatedpaperoccurrdsmolderingndthecharinggspreadrapidlywithteaveragerediameter65.OmThalgravimetrcinfraredanalsissoedtatteseousproductserefectivelysuppreseduringpyolyse transitionofoxygenndeatwrefectivelyiiedduetotespreadofsliatefakesonpaprsufaceduringcoatingConseqntlythe paper was endowed excellent carbonization and non-difusion performance at high temperature.
