Effect of Stirring-Foaming Devices on the Performance of Aqueous Foam Systems and Quartz Fiber Paper in Foam Forming

Abstract:Thisstudysystematicallyinvestigatedheinfluenceofstiercombnationsonthepeformanceofwaterbasedfoams,withcoprehensiveanalysisofkeyparameters includingfoamingrate,aircontent,foamhalf-ife,andbubbleradius.Strrertype,combination form,diameterspacingndflowpaewereusedasindependentvarables,ilethe3uteand8inutefaalf-livesetrated asdependentvblesfoultiplelieaessoalyssTeultsyeldoelatoeentsgeatertanO.9.Prialmp nentanalysis(CA)wasfurtheremploedtoclarifythecontributioofeachvariabletofoamperformance.Teresultsshowedthatthecnfig urationofthestirercombinationwasthedominantfactorafectingfoamperformance,amongichthedoubleRushtonturbinebladeobinationdemonstatedtheighestfoamingteandfoamstabilityInaditon,aironentshowedasignifcantpositiecorelationwihfoam half-life,wieoscof that an air content of at least 60% was required for the linear model between air content and foam half-life to be valid. Subsequently,based onthstudyoftoamse'spfoance,ispctuartfeseretroduced,ndingle-lerushourbladewas selected asthe stirring and foaming device for the quartz fiber foam forming.
