Abstract： Asan integrationofteaculturalheritageand industrial heritage，the "Anhua FirstTeaFactory"has witnessed the development ofthe tea industryand embodies profound cultural values.However，currently，this tea cultural andindustrialheritage merelyremainson display，failing tofullydemonstrateitsrich culturaland historical significance.Thus，there is an urgent need for its activation and utilization.Based on the theoryof place memory， this study examined the elements of place memoryconstruction at the tea factory.These elements included memory subjects such as the working-classgroupsand tourists，memory objects such as tea-making techniques，the historical culture and spirit of the tea factory，as well as materialandnon-materialmemorycariers.Byintegrating methods of field research，literature analysis and case reference，an activation strategy emphasizing both functional remodeling and cultural inheritance Was proposed.The goal was torevive the historical memoryof the tea factory，enhance tourists'cultural experiences and senseof identity，inherit and promote tea culture，and increase the social influence of the tea factory.
