Abstract： Changde is a majortea-producing cityin Hunan province，boasting superior natural conditions and a solid industrial foundation.This article conducted research on the development ofmajor tea-producing counties，major teaproducing categories，andleading enterprises in Changde.Itanalyzedthecurrnt situationof theteaindustry inChangde city，as wellasteexistingproblemssuchslowdigitalintellgencelvel，lackofradrecogitin，shortageoftalents， and small scale.It also put forward preliminary suggestions forempowering the high-quality developmentof the tea industry in Changde city with new quality productivity.
