Interpretation of Group Standard of Zhejiang White Tea

Abstract: The group standard 'Zhejiang White Tea Processing Technical Regulations' (T/CTSS 70—2023) was issued on November 8, 2023, and implemented on February 1, 2024. In this article the standard background was introduced, and the main contents such as terminology, fresh leaf requirements and processing technology were interpreted in detail. Besides, we analyzed the practical characteristics of this standard and gave a forecast of its prospects.
