超声引导下射频消融术治疗混合性甲状腺结节对患者术后应激及体积缩小率的影响

[Abstract]Objective: To explore the efect of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation on postoperative stressandvolumereductionrateofpatients withmixed thyroidnodules.Method:Atotalof 100patients with mixed thyroid nodules admitted to theFifth Hospital of Nanchang from January 2022 to April 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into ethanol ablation group (n=47) and radiofrequency ablation group (n=53) according to different microtraumatic treatment methods.The ethanol ablation group underwent ultrasound-guided anhydrous ethanol ablation, and the radiofrequency ablation group underwent ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation. The stress condition, nodules volume reduction rate and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Result:Compared with ethanol ablation group, the levels of Creactive protein (CRP),interleukin-6 (IL-6)and
tumor necrosis factor- α (TNF- α )1 d after surgery in radiofrequency ablation group were lower (P<0.05) ·Compared with ethanolablation group, the nodulesvolume reduction rate in radiofrequency ablation groupl month, 3, 6, 9, 12 months after surgery were higher ( (P<0.05) . The total efective rate of radiofrequency ablation group was 92.45% , which was higher than 72.34% of ethanol ablation group (P<0.05) . Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of mixed thyroid nodules can efectively reduce the stressresponseof patients and reduce the nodules volume.
