[Abstract]Objective:To explore the effcacy of Clonidine Transdermal Patches combined with Tiapride in thetreatmentofchildren withticdisorder.Method:Atotalof106childrenwith ticdisorder admittedtothe First AffliatedHospitalof GannanMedical Universityfrom January 2023toJanuary 2024 were selectedanddivided into two groups with 53 cases in each group according to random number table method.Thecontrol group was treated with Clonidine Transdermal Patches and the observation group was treated with Clonidine Transdermal Patches combined with Tiapride.Theclinicaleffcacy,drug onset time, disease control time and adverse reactions were compared between thetwo groups.The severityof ticdisorder was also assessed before treatment andafter 2,4,6, and8 weeks of treatment.Result: Compared with the control group,the drug onsettime inthe observation group was earlier, the disease control time was shorter, and the total effective rate was higher ( P <0.05).After 2, 4,6 and 8 weeks of treatmenttheseverityscoresofticdisorder intheobservation groupwerelowerthanthose inthecontrol group ( P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups ).Conclusion: Thetreatment of tic disorders in children with ClonidineTransdermal Patches combined with Tiapridehas significant efficacy, which can reduce the severity oftic disorders, alleviate symptoms,and promote
