【Abstract】ObjectiveToanalyze thecurrentresearch statusand hotspotsof ultrasoundinthe fieldof developmental dysplasiaof thehip（DDH）through bibliometric methods，soas toprovidereferenceforfutureresearchdirections.Methods DDHultrasoundresearch literaturefromtheWebofSciencecore database from1994 to2O24 wereretrieved.A scientific knowledge mapping and visualization software（CiteSpace）6.3.Rl software was used to perform authorco-citation，keyword co-occurrence，andclusteranalysison469articles torevealresearchtrends，hotspots，andcore influentialsubjects.Results The numberof publicationsonultrasound in DDHshowedanannual growth trend，with asignificant increaseafter 2019. GRAFRand ROSENDAHL K were identifiedascore authors.The United States and the United Kingdom were the primary contributing countries，while China hadrecentlyshown a marked rise in publication output.Keywordanalysis indicated that emergingtechnologiessuchas"artificial intelligence"and"deeplearning"wereattheforefrontofcurrentresearch.ConclusionTeappicationofultrasoundtechnologyinDDHresearchcontinues todeepen，withintegrationofartificialintellgence driving field development.Future advancements willfurther enhance the precision of early DDH diagnosis.
