超声在发育性髋关节发育不良研究中的发展与热点分析:基于Webof Science 数据库

【Abstract】ObjectiveToanalyze thecurrentresearch statusand hotspotsof ultrasoundinthe fieldof developmental dysplasiaof thehip(DDH)through bibliometric methods,soas toprovidereferenceforfutureresearchdirections.Methods DDHultrasoundresearch literaturefromtheWebofSciencecore database from1994 to2O24 wereretrieved.A scientific knowledge mapping and visualization software(CiteSpace)6.3.Rl software was used to perform authorco-citation,keyword co-occurrence,andclusteranalysison469articles torevealresearchtrends,hotspots,andcore influentialsubjects.Results The numberof publicationsonultrasound in DDHshowedanannual growth trend,with asignificant increaseafter 2019. GRAFRand ROSENDAHL K were identifiedascore authors.The United States and the United Kingdom were the primary contributing countries,while China hadrecentlyshown a marked rise in publication output.Keywordanalysis indicated that emergingtechnologiessuchas"artificial intelligence"and"deeplearning"wereattheforefrontofcurrentresearch.ConclusionTeappicationofultrasoundtechnologyinDDHresearchcontinues todeepen,withintegrationofartificialintellgence driving field development.Future advancements willfurther enhance the precision of early DDH diagnosis.

发育性髋关节发育不良(developmental dysplasiaof thehip,DDH)是婴儿最常见的骨关节疾病之一,既往曾称之为先天性髋关节脱位(congenitaldisloca-tionof thehip,CDH)和髋关节发育不良(dysplasiaofhip),1992年北美小儿矫形外科学会建议改名为DDH[1] 。(剩余9802字)
