【Abstract】ObjectiveToanalyze theresearch hotspotsand trends of colorectal cancer（CRC）screening based on bibliometric analysis.MethodsLiteratureon CRC screning published in thecore databaseof Webof Science was searched from January1，2015 to December 31，2024.CiteSpace 6.3.R1 and VOSviewer 1.6.20 were used to analyze thecooperationamongcountries/regions，institutionsandauthors，andtheco-occurrence，clusteringandemergenceofkeywordswere analyzed.ResultsAtotalof 4686literatureswereincluded.Duringthe periodfrom2O15 to2O24，thenumberof annual publications hasshownafluctuating upwardtrend.Thecountrywith the largest number of articles was theUnited States， accounting for nearly 50% .Most of the top 1O research institutions were universities and their affiliated hospitals，with the Universityof Washingtonrankingfirst.Thetopthreeauthors intotalcitedtimes were BrennerH，RexDKandSiegelRL， whohadmadeoutstandingcontributionstothisfield.Keywordanalysisshowedthattheresearchhotspotsinthisfield included colonoscopy，DNA methylation，adenoma detection rate，etc.ConclusionScreening strategies，screening techniques anddiagnostic markers for CRCarethecurrentresearch hotspots inthis field.Continuously improving the population coverageof CRCscreening，exploring newearlydiagnosticmarkersand incorporating moredigital technologies maybethe future research trends in this field.
