Application of rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with dysphagia under the guidance of FEES

【Abstract】ObjectiveToexplore theapplicationeffectofrehabilitation nursing guidedbyfiberopticendoscopicevaluation of swallowing（FEES）in stroke patients withdysphagia.MethodsAtotalof110stroke patients with dysphagiaadmitedtoa nationalcomprehensivethreeA-levelhospitalinGuangdongprovincefromJanuary2O24toDecember2O24weredividedinto studygroupand control group，with 55cases ineach group.Alocationandconcealment were carriedoutbyopaque sealed envelopes.Thecontrol group were given received routine swallowing care，and based on which，the study group were given FEES-guided swallowing care.Both groups were intervened for2 wees.Andthen，swallowingfunction （waterswallow test [WST]score）and qualityof life（the World Health Organization Qualityof Life-BREF[WHOQOL-BREF]score and swallowing-qualityof life[SWAL-QOL]score）before andafter intervention,removalrateand timeof gastric tubes afterintervention aswellastheincidenceofaspirationpneumoniaandadverseeactionsduringtheinterventionperiodwerecompared.Results After intervention,thegastrictuberemovalrate,WHOQOL-BREFscore,andSWAL-QOLscoreinthestudygroupwere higher thanthose inthecontrol group,theretentiontime wasshorterthan thatinthecontrol group,andtheswalowing functiongrading was better than that in the control group ( P
