Evaluation of the clinical application effect of specialized modified multifunctional treatment cartin hemodialysisroom

【Abstract】ObjectiveToinvestigatetheclinicalaplicationefectsofmodifiedspecializedmultifunctionaltreatmentcartin hemodialysisroom.MethodsOin-servicenursesfromthehemodialysisroomofanationalcomprehensivethreeA-levelhospital in Shandong Province were selectedas research subjects.Ordinary treatment cartwhichusedfrom June2O23 toAugust2023 was setascontrolgroup，whilemodifiedspecializedmultifunctionaltreatmentcartinhemodialysisroomandusedfrom September2023 to November 2O23 wasset asexperimental group.Andthen，average working hoursandsatisfactionof nurses inthetwo groups were compared. ResultsIn the control group，the average monthly dialysis-operation time was （ 34727.97±2172.54 ）s，the meantime toretrieveitems persessionwas （35.23±2.19）s，and the mean waste-disposal time persesion was（2.14±3.24）s. In the experimental group，the average monthly dialysis-operation time was （21 382.68 ± 717.95）s，the mean time to retrieve items per session was （22.98±5.31） s，and the mean waste-disposal time per session was（ 11.94±1.75 ）s. So differences between the two groups were all statistically significant （ P<0.001 ）. And the satisfaction level of nurses in the experimental group withthemodified specializedmultifunctionaltreatmentcartinhemodialysisroomwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup（ P< 0.05）.ConclusionTheappicationof modifiedspecializedmulifunctionaltreatmentcart inhemodialysisroomcansavenurses" work time，improve their work efficiency and satisfaction.
