Summary of the best evidence on discharge planning for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Abstract Objective：To search and evaluate the relevant evidence of discharge planning for COPD patients，and to summarize the best evidence to provide evidence-based evidence for the construction of discharge planning for COPD patients.Methods：UpToDate、NICE、WHO、GIN、SIGN、ACPG、NGC、RNAO、AARC、Yimaitong，Dingxiangyuan，the Cochrane Library，PubMed，CINAHL，EMbase，CNKI，CBM，WanFang Database were searched by computer.The search period was from database establishment to June 1，2022.The evaluation was conducted independently and item by item by 2 researchers according to the evaluation criteria.Results：A total of 12 articles were included，and 22 best evidences were obtained from 3 aspects：project purpose，project principle and project content.Conclusion：The evidence summary of COPD discharge plan is scientific and standardized，and hospitals at all levels can formulate standardized，effective and personalized discharge plan on this basis to promote the safe and effective discharge of patients.
