Summary of evidence on compliance management of endocrine therapy in breast cancer patients

Abstract Objective：To search，evaluate and summarize the relevant evidence of the management of endocrine therapy compliance in breast cancer patients，and to provide reference for the clinical development of management programs to improve the compliance of endocrine therapy patients.Methods：According to the "6S" evidence pyramid model system，the relevant evidence of compliance management of endocrine therapy in breast cancer patients was retrieved.The search deadline was from database establishment to February 1，2024.Quality evaluation，evidence extraction and summary were carried out for the included literatures.Results：A total of 14 articles were included，including 2 guidelines，2 expert consensus，3 evidence summaries，and 7 systematic reviews.25 pieces of evidence were collected，including 5 aspects：assessment strategy，management organization，motivation and behavior intervention，psychosocial support，health education and follow-up.Conclusion：The best evidence of compliance management of endocrine therapy for breast cancer patients can provide evidence-based evidence for clinical staff to develop effective compliance management programs.
