Summary of best evidence for postoperative wound infection management in patients with spinal tuberculosis

Abstract Objective：To search，evaluate and integrate the best evidence of postoperative wound infection management in patients with spinal tuberculosis（STB），in order to provide reliable evidence-based evidence for the development of scientific and effective postoperative wound infection management programs in patients with STB.Methods：The best evidence on postoperative wound infection management of STB patients was retrieved from domestic and foreign evidence-based resource databases and related professional websites.The search period was from database establishment to August 31，2023.Two researchers conducted independent evaluation，evidence extraction and integration of the literature.Results：A total of 13 articles were included，including 6 guidelines，5 expert consensus，1 systematic review，and 1 randomized controlled trial.There were 7 categories of risk factor assessment，wound assessment，incision management，drug management，nutrition management，exercise and evaluation indicators，and 31 best evidences of wound infection management in STB patients were summarized.Conclusion：This study summarizes the best evidence of postoperative wound infection management in STB patients. Medical staff should use the best evidence according to the actual situation to guide STB patients to safely and effectively restore body function and improve quality of life after surgery.

摘要 目的：检索、评价并整合脊柱结核病人术后伤口感染管理的最佳证据，为制定科学、有效的脊柱结核病人术后伤口感染管理方案提供可靠的循证依据。（剩余12278字）
