Summary of evidence of nursing management of drug intervention for cancer pain in lung cancer patients

Abstract Objective：To search，evaluate and summarize the relevant evidence of drug intervention nursing management for cancer pain in patients with lung cancer，and to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods：According to the "6S" model，relevant literature was searched，including clinical decision，guidelines，evidence summary，expert consensus，systematic review，etc.The search deadline was from database establishment to August 14，2023.Two researchers evaluated the quality of the literature and extracted the data.Results：A total of 17 articles were included.There were four clinical decisions，six guidelines，and seven expert consensus.A total of 26 best pieces of evidence were compiled from three themes：assessment of cancerous pain，selection of assessment tools，and management of pharmacological interventions.Conclusion：The best evidence summarized in this study for drug intervention nursing management of cancerous pain in lung cancer patients has certain scientific and practical significance，which can provide evidence-based basis for medical staff to carry out targeted evidence application，better guide clinical practice，and ensure the rational treatment and medication safety of cancerous pain in lung cancer patients.
